thai rolls?
so here's what i did.....
Cooked rice in coconut milk
mixed in chopped peanuts and toasted coconut
wrapped it in springroll wrappers.
It tasted a lot like pad thai, i think mostly becouse the spring roll wrappers are made out of the same stuff as thai noodles. I also tried it in seaweed, hand roll style. A very diffrent taste with seaweed then springrolls, but not bad with some soy sauce.
I might try adding shrimp and maybe some curry powder to really bring out a thai flavor.
