icecream notes

 chopped up three carmel twixes and dumped them in the icecream mixer. Very satasfactory results. The cookie part didn't get soggy and the carmel made little chewy chunks. I'd do it again. next i'll try peanutbutter twix and then i want to try something with honey instead of sugar.
