back again

So I'm back in the blogging world.Face-book, Twitter, and Google plus are nice for quick updates that get sent out to everyone and their dog, but there are other things that i would prefer the whole world not knowing about, that I want to tell only to a select few close friends, or those I am comfortably anonymous with.

For Christmas I got a three pound bottle pickling spices so in the last couple of weeks I've corned beef and pickled vegetables, bit of which turned out wonderfully. I also found of some elk steaks and made elk bourguignon. It turned out pretty good, though I'm not a big fan for game meat.

Just finished reading a book named The Introvert Advantage. I'd highly recommend it if you are an introvert or in a relationship with one. It's given me a whole new understanding of my self.

I might write a book. I've been thinking of doing something Westernish.
