Took my daughter to the state fair today. We had a great time wandering through the grounds looking at all the animals, people, rides, and contest entries. Of course i had to take a few photos. There's something about all the bright colors covering the well used rides I just love.
I didn't actually go in to this side show, but i bet the the images describing what was on the inside were probably more fun then the actual shows.
Now that I've had my new camera for a while I've started experimenting with the more advanced features. I very happy with the results. I took this photo from my back yard.
I've also discovered that my camera has an infrared function that is supposed to mimic the results of using an infrared filter. I'll be playing around with that in the near future..
